Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund rules are commercial decisions confirmed by Finance before launch. The framework below applies across services.

| Compliance plans | Billing cadence and cancellation notice as agreed; unused prepaid period refundable per terms; work already started is non-refundable. |
| Registration | Refundable before filing is submitted; government fees are never refundable once paid to the authority. |
| Virtual office | Activation and any lock-in period stated at sign-up; documents issued are not withdrawn on cancellation. |
| Website | Milestone-based payments; refund treatment stated per milestone in your order. |
| Marketing & legal support | Notice period applies; unbilled work is refunded; ad spend already placed with a platform is never refundable by Xporate. |
Prices exclude 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are billed at actuals. Prices shown are as of the date on this page.
